As the convocation is a solemn occasion, guests are requested to remain in their seats throughout the ceremony and to refrain from leaving the theatre during the ceremony.
During the convocation ceremony, guests should not leave their seats to take photographs, so as to avoid obstruction to the graduates as they move up the stage and back to their seats.
