Convocation Online Form

The Convocation online form will be available from 15 June to 1 July 2019. Please refer to the timeline below for accessing the online forms.

Bachelor 's degree graduates (AY 2018-2019 Semester 1 and 2)

15 June – 1 July

Bachelor's degree graduates (AY 2018-2019 Special Term 1 graduates, graduates who complete Industrial Attachment (IA) and whose IA results reach Office of Academic Services by 21 June 2019 and students on exchange whose results reach Office of Academic Services by 21 June 2019)

26 June – 1 July

Higher degree graduates

15 June – 1 July
Higher degree graduates (for programmes offered by NIE)​26 June – 1 July

 

All graduates are reminded to access the Convocation online form to update their personal particulars and local contact details. 

 

On successful submission of the online form, you will receive a confirmation page displaying the information that you have submitted. If there is no confirmation page, it may mean that the information was not captured by the system. You would need to access and resubmit the online form.

Graduates who do not access the online form to indicate their attendance will not be allocated a seat for their respective ceremony.

Invitation cards allocated to graduates will be sent to the local postal address updated in the online form. Graduates are reminded not to indicate halls/NTU office address as invitation cards bearing these addresses will not be sent out.

Special Assistance for Graduates

For graduates with accessibility challenges (e.g. wheelchair-bound or on crutches, etc), please contact Academic Governance & Support via email (convo@ntu.edu.sg) for special arrangements to be made.

 

Extra invitation cards

If you need extra invitation cards in addition to the 2 cards given to all graduates, you may submit your request (for a maximum of 2 cards) in the same convocation online form where you update your personal particulars and local contact details. Please note that extra invitation cards are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.  

Allocation of extra invitation cards will be by ballot and the outcome of the allocation will be confirmed via your NTU email account from 3 July 2019 onwards.

 

Tuition Fee Loan / Study Loan / Overseas Student Programme Loan schemes

Graduates are also reminded to update their particulars and contact details with the DBS/OCBC if they have taken the Tuition Fee Loan / Study Loan / Overseas Student Programme loan schemes.
