Seating Arrangement

Guests must be seated in the theatre by 9.30 am/ 1.30 pm/ 5.30 pm (Morning/ Afternoon/ Evening).

Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis at the stall seats (at basement 1) and circle seats (at level 2).

As the convocation is a solemn occasion, guests are requested to remain in their seats throughout the ceremony and refrain from leaving the theatre during the ceremony.

Photo Taking

During the convocation ceremony, guests should not leave their seats to take photographs, so as to avoid obstruction to the graduates as they move up to the stage and back to their seats.  Orders for on-stage close-up shots may be placed with the official photographer at their booth located outside the Nanyang Auditorium.

At the end of the ceremony, guests should remain in their places until the last graduate has left the theatre.
