Seating Arrangement
Guests must be seated in the Auditorium by:
- For Ceremony 1 : 9.30 am
- For Ceremony 2 to 15 : 9.30 am/ 1.30 pm/ 5.30 pm (Morning/ Afternoon/ Evening)
Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis at the stall seats (at basement 1) and circle seats (at level 2).
Kindly note that children below 6 years of age will not be allowed into the Auditorium.
Photo Taking
During the convocation ceremony, guests should not leave their seats to take photographs so as to avoid obstruction to the graduands as they move up to the stage and back to their seats. Orders for on-stage close-up shots may be placed with the official photographer at their booth located outside the Nanyang Auditorium.
At the end of the ceremony, guests should remain in their places until the last graduate has left the Auditorium.
Traffic Control & Parking
A) For those coming by taxi:
We advise graduands and their guests who are coming by taxi to alight at the back of the Nanyang Auditorium to avoid traffic congestion along the driveway in front of the Administration Building.
B) For those coming by car :
You can make use of the available carparks except for Carpark A which will be reserved for the University's official guests, staff and those officiating at the ceremony, and Carpark B which is taken up by season parking holders. Please park only in white (free parking) and red (staff) lots.
