Seating Arrangement
Guests must be seated in the theatre by:
9.30 am/ 1.30 pm/5.30pm
Seating is on a first-come-first served basis at the stall seats (at basement 1) and circle seats (at level 2).
As the convocation is a solemn occasion, guests are requested to remain in their seats throughout the ceremony and refrain from leaving the theatre during the ceremony. |
Photo Taking During the convocation ceremony, guests should not leave their seats to take photographs, so as to avoid obstruction to the graduates as they move up the stage and back to their seats. Orders for on-stage close-up shots may be placed with the official photographer at their booth located in the foyer of Nanyang Auditorium.
At the end of the ceremony, guests should remain in their seats until the last graduate has left the theatre. |
Traffic Control & Parking A) For those coming by taxi: We advise graduates and their guests who are coming by taxi to alight at the back of the Nanyang Auditorium to avoid traffic congestion along the driveway in front of the Administration Building. B) For those coming by car: You can make use of the car parks (refer to the map) on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. Covered car parks at A, B, SBS and RTP are chargeable at $0.02/min or cap at $4.80 from 8 am to 6 pm and $1.20 per entry from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm from Monday to Friday.
