All graduates are reminded to access the Convocation online form to update their personal particulars and local contact details. Invitation cards allocated to graduates will be sent to the local postal address updated in the online form. Graduates will also receive SMS reminders to access the Convocation online form if they provide a valid mobile contact number.
Extra invitation cards
If you need extra invitation cards in addition to the 2 cards given to all graduates, you may submit your request at the same convocation online form where you update your personal particulars and local contact details. Please note that extra invitation cards are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
Allocation of extra invitation cards will be by ballot and the outcome of the allocation will be confirmed via your NTU email account from 9 July 2012 onwards.

Tuition Fee Loan / Study Loan / Overseas Student Programme Loan schemes
Graduates are also reminded to update their particulars and contact details with the DBS/OCBC if they have taken the Tuition Fee Loan / Study Loan / Overseas Student Programme loan schemes.
