*Please alert your School and the Office of Academic Services (firstname.lastname@example.org) via email once you have submitted your application for credit transfer so that it can be processed in time.
All graduates are reminded to access the Convocation online form to update their personal particulars and local contact details.
Upon successful submission of the online form, you will receive a confirmation page displaying the information that you have submitted. If there is no confirmation page, it may mean that the information was not captured by the system. You would need to access and resubmit the online form. You may also access the Convocation online form to check your status during the registration period.

Graduates who do not access the online form to indicate their attendance
will not be allocated a seat for their respective ceremony.

Special Assistance for Graduates
For graduates with accessibility challenges (e.g. wheelchair-bound or on crutches, etc), please contact Academic Governance & Support via email (email@example.com) for special arrangements to be made.
Extra Admission Stickers
If you need extra admission stickers in addition to the 2 stickers given to all graduates, you may submit your request (for a maximum of 2 stickers) in the same
convocation online form where you update your personal particulars and local contact details.
Please note that extra admissions stickers are not guaranteed as they are subjected to availability.
Allocation of extra admission stickers will be by ballot and the outcome of the allocation will be confirmed via your NTU email account from 3 July 2020 onwards.
Tuition Fee Loan / Study Loan / Overseas Student Programme Loan schemes
Graduates are also reminded to update their particulars and contact details with the DBS/OCBC if they have taken the Tuition Fee Loan / Study Loan / Overseas Student Programme loan schemes.
