Graduates are advised to refer to the schedule of activities below and check the relevant webpages for degree certificate, transcript, academic dress and invitation cards.

Graduates are required to access the convocation online form to update their particulars and postal address for the mailing of invitation cards. Request for extra invitation cards may be submitted via the same online form. Please click here for more details.
Graduates who have outstanding fees not settled by end June 2009 may face a delay to the preparation for their convocation. Graduates are strongly advised to check online for any outstanding fees owed and to settle the payment as soon as possible. |
