Launch of Convocation 2012 Website |
Graduating students/graduates are advised to check the Convocation 2012 website for information on the Convocation schedule and details.

Update particulars and postal address, indicate attendance and check outstanding fees/fines online |
Graduates are required to access the convocation online form to update their particulars and postal address for the mailing of invitation cards. Request for extra invitation cards may be submitted via the same online form. Please click here for more details.
Graduates who have outstanding fees not settled by end June 2012 may face a delay to the preparation for their convocation. Graduates are strongly advised to check online for any outstanding fees owed and to settle the payment as soon as possible.

Sale and rental of academic dress |
Graduates may obtain their academic dress at Nanyang Auditorium Foyer.
For bachelor’s degree graduates, the appointed gown vendor is Serangoon Broadway Studio & Bridal Palace Pte Ltd.
For higher degree graduates, the appointed gown vendor is Raffles Studio Pte Ltd.

Release of the outcome of the allocation of extra invitation cards |
Graduates are advised to check their NTU email account for the outcome of the allocation of extra invitation cards.

Mailing of invitation cards

Office of Academic Services will mail invitation cards, including the extra cards allocated (if any), to graduates.

25 July – 2 Aug 2012 |
Convocation 2012 ceremonies |
Graduates to attend their respective ceremony and receive their degree certificate and transcript at the ceremony.

6 Aug – 31 Aug 2012 |
Return of academic dress |
For graduates who opt to rent their academic dress, please return them to the respective gown vendors.
For bachelor’s degree graduates, please return the academic dress to Serangoon Broadway Studio.
For higher degree graduates, please return the academic dress to Raffles Studio Pte Ltd.
