
Each graduate will be given 2 invitation cards to invite their parents/guests to the ceremony. For NTU and NIE bachelor degree graduates, the invitation cards will be mailed to all graduates. For NTU and NIE higher degree graduates, the invitation cards will only be mailed to those who have indicated their attendance for the convocation.
Graduates are required to update their particulars, postal address and indicate their attendance (for higher degree graduates only) at this convocation online formfor the mailing of invitation cards. Graduates are advised to provide a postal address in Singapore in order for the invitation cards to reach them in good time. Please note that invitation cards will be mailed to graduates based on the address updated as at the closing date for accessing the convocation online form.

Extra invitation cards
If you need extra invitation cards in addition to the 2 cards given to all graduates, you may submit your request at the same convocation online form where you update your particulars and postal address. Please note that extra invitation cards are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
Allocation of extra invitation cards will be by ballot and the outcome of the allocation will be confirmed via your NTU email account from 8 July 2009 onwards.
