Each graduate will be given 2 invitation cards to invite their parents/guests to the ceremony. Invitation cards will only be mailed to graduates who have indicated their attendance for the convocation.
All graduates are required to update their particulars, postal address and indicate their attendance at this convocation online form for the mailing of invitation cards. Graduates are advised to provide a valid postal address in Singapore in order for the invitation cards to reach them in good time. Do not indicate hall addresses as your mailing address. Please note that invitation cards will be mailed to graduates based on the Singapore address updated as at the closing date for accessing the convocation online form.
Graduates who did not access the online form will not be allocated a seat during the ceremony.

Extra invitation cards
If you need extra invitation cards in addition to the original 2 cards given to all graduates, you may submit your request in the same Convocation online form where you update your particulars and postal address. Please note that extra invitation cards are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
Allocation of extra invitation cards will be by ballot and the outcome of the allocation will be confirmed via your NTU email account from 6 July 2015 onwards.
