Each graduate will be given 2 invitation cards to invite their parents/guests to the ceremony. Invitation cards will only be mailed to graduates who have registered their attendance for the convocation.
All graduates are required to update their particulars, postal address and indicate their attendance at this convocation online form for the mailing of invitation cards. You are advised to provide a valid postal address in Singapore in order for the invitation cards to reach you in good time. Do not indicate hall addresses as your mailing address. Please note that invitation cards will be mailed to graduates based on the Singapore address updated as at the closing date for accessing the convocation online form.
For graduates who are Valedictorians, you will be given 4 VIP invitation cards.
Guest must have an invitation card each to be admitted into the theatre for the ceremony. One invitation card admits one person. We are unable to replace your cards if the invitation cards are lost or damaged.
Graduates who do not register their attendance on the online form will not be allocated a seat for their respective ceremony.

Extra invitation cards
If you need extra invitation cards in addition to the 2 cards given to all graduates, you may submit your request (for a maximum of 2 cards) in the same Convocation online form where you update your particulars and postal address. Please note that extra invitation cards are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
Allocation of extra invitation cards will be by ballot and the outcome of the allocation will be confirmed via your NTU email account from 4 July 2017 onwards.
