Invitation Cards

Each graduate will be given 2 invitation cards to invite their parents/guests to the ceremony. Invitation cards will only be mailed to graduates who have registered their attendance for the convocation.

All graduates are required to update their particulars, postal address and indicate their attendance at this convocation online form for the mailing of invitation cards. You are advised to provide a valid postal address in Singapore in order for the invitation cards to reach you in good time. Do not indicate hall addresses as your mailing address. Please note that invitation cards will be mailed to graduates based on the Singapore address updated as at the closing date for accessing the convocation online form.

For graduates who are Valedictorians, you will be given 4 invitation cards.

Guests must have an invitation card each to be admitted into the theatre for the ceremony. One invitation card admits one person. We are unable to replace your cards if the invitation cards are lost or damaged.

Graduates who do not register their attendance on the online form will not be allocated a seat for their respective ceremony.

Please refer to the timeline below for accessing the online form.
