Information for Graduands

Each graduand will be entitled to invite two guests to the Convocation. Subject to availability, extra invitation cards will be issued to graduands during the Convocation period. Information on the availability of the extra invitation cards for each ceremony will be released on this website by mid July. Interested graduands may collect the cards on a first come first serve basis from the Information Counter located at the Nanyang Auditorium, Basement 1 foyer one hour before the start of each ceremony.

Graduands will not be allowed to collect extra cards at any earlier date or time. The Information Counter will be open daily from 21 July to 26 July 2008 at the following times: 

a) 9.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m. for the morning session 
b) 1.00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m. for the afternoon session
c) 5.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. for the evening session

Warning: Please note that all sales of the invitation cards are not allowed and the  University reserves the right to punish anyone caught selling them.
